All refunds are automatically processed based on the specific cancellation policy of each tour.
Cancellation policies are clearly displayed on each tour's details page and in your booking confirmation.
Refund amounts are calculated automatically according to the tour's cancellation policy based on the time of cancellation.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
Log in to your EmiriTrips account and navigate to "My Bookings".
Select the booking you wish to cancel and click the "Cancel Booking" button.
Review the refund amount based on the tour's cancellation policy.
Confirm your cancellation request to initiate the refund process.
3. Cancellation Policy Types
Tours on EmiriTrips may have different cancellation policies:
Flexible: Full refund if cancelled up to 24 hours before the tour start time.
Moderate: Partial refund if cancelled up to 48 hours before the tour start time.
Strict: Limited or no refund depending on cancellation timing.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once your cancellation is confirmed, refunds are processed automatically within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during booking.
5. Non-Refundable Bookings
Some tours may be marked as non-refundable. These bookings cannot be cancelled for a refund once payment is confirmed. Please review the cancellation policy carefully before completing your booking.
6. Tour Operator Cancellations
If a tour is cancelled by the tour operator due to weather, safety concerns, or other operational reasons, you will receive a full refund.
Refunds for operator cancellations are processed within 3-5 business days.
